I recently had my 2007 vehicle in for repair. Because the car is 18 years old original parts were not available. Daniel Boldoni was leading the charge to find the secondary parts I needed. It was quite the challenge but he stuck with the task and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always very helpful, professional and caring. I also appreciate the many employees who assisted with the repairs. I will use them again in the future.

I’m AAA member. I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told they were busy and there only available next following week… I decided to go to a competitor and got it done the same day…

This repair shop is top-notch. The service advisors are knowledgeable and willing to listen to your concerns about your car. They will not try to up sell you on services that you don't need like some dealerships do.

I'm not particularly eager to give a bad review, however, this time I feel it is warranted. I have been taking my car to Cory O'Neil and he has been servicing my Mercedes and BMW For over 8 years. Cory is honest, reliable, and cares about the customer, and you can trust he will not try to sell you things that your car doesn’t need, it’s difficult to find that in this industry. Cory has been working for AAA for several years in different locations and I have followed him wherever he goes.

I discovered that AAA hired a new manager who has made unsettling changes and Cory is no longer there. AAA does a disservice to their employees for setting this example, and to customers who depend on a company that employs people with knowledge and integrity, like Daniel, and Cory. Please do better.

Work not done yet, but the lobby is nice, and it appears to be cheaper than the dealer and the one that gives you a car wash on Folsom. Oh, get this, they put "jackets" on their door handles so customers don't have to touch cold doors. Nice touch

Got an ignition coil repaired for an outrageous $700 then the check engine light came back on later that day. Was told they couldn’t get back me in for a week. Then wanted another $3,000 for a catalytic converter which is $100 part. Very frustrated. Don’t go here
