I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, the concierge team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, and the maintenance team is fast, kind and responsive. For a building of this size, it’s well-managed. The modern design—particularly the floor-to-ceiling windows—creates a bright, stylish atmosphere that decorated well makes the space feel pretty spectacular. Nothings perfect, but they do a good job here.

I recently had the privilege of staying at this magnificent luxury apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by the sleek, sophisticated design and meticulous attention to detail. The living area is both stylish and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining guests. Living at AMLI Fountain Place has been a wonderful experience. The stunning architecture, sleek modern interiors, and panoramic views of downtown Dallas make every day feel luxurious. The amenities, from the rooftop pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, add convenience and comfort to daily life. The staff is attentive and responsive, creating a community atmosphere. With nearby access to vibrant dining, parks, and entertainment, it feels like being at the heart of everything while still enjoying the peace and privacy of a well-designed apartment.

If you are even thinking about moving here, you are already 10 steps into the right direction. This place is magic, the people are super friendly, the environment is so safe you can leave your car keys on the roof of your car and come back and it'll still be there. Our tour guide Jerry (please ask for Jerry) he is so sweet, respectful, and patient and so knowledgeable. He helped me pick what after one month of living here I can proudly say is the best place I have ever stayed in. If you can find a place in Dallas that beats this apartment, then I am afraid you are not in Dallas. I highly recommend this place

As a Dallas Realtor who has visited every high-rise in the city, this is where I choose to reside. I've lived here for a little over a year and have had a great experience—everything I thought it would be. The leasing team and management are some of the best and extremely knowledgeable, and the maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the property. While some people like to complain about the elevators, they aren't as bad as people say. Though they can get busy at times, I live on the 39th floor and typically don't have to wait more than a minute. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon and glad to call Fountain Place my home.

I toured the property about two weeks ago, and it is undeniably a top-tier luxury community. Every aspect of the apartments is meticulously designed, showcasing exceptional quality, sophistication, and attention to detail. The amenities are truly outstanding. However, while the property itself is impressive, my experience with the leasing staff was underwhelming. Having toured most luxury high-rises in the Downtown/Uptown area, I found the leasing associate at AMLI to be noticeably snobbish—giving off an air of elitism and exclusivity rather than warmth and hospitality. The tour felt rushed, leaving me with little time to fully take in the space and ask questions. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt as though I was being hurried through a sales pitch. This attitude struck me as unnecessary, considering that leasing associates are not the architects or developers of AMLI (who should be indeed proud of their creation); they are simply facilitators of a service, assisting prospective tenants who ultimately finance the property. Given this experience, I chose to rent in another nearby high-rise where I felt valued, welcomed, and appreciated as a future resident.

This morning, I had a delivery and was greeted by Harley, who was extremely rude. She demanded to see my ID, stating that people who deliver often steal, which I found to be a completely unacceptable approach. As I was leaving, I suggested that she find a more considerate way to communicate with delivery drivers, but she cut me off and dismissively said 'goodbye' four times, which further upset me. Her behavior was completely unprofessional.

Owner: I didn't perceive any racism in the situation, and if I had, I would have written about it in my inital review. I also didn't have an issue with providing my ID, but rather with the reason given - that delivery drivers had stolen packages from residents. That is unnecessary information given. I felt Harley's tone and attitude were unprofessional, particularly when sharing that information. My concern lies not with your policy, but with Harley's negative behavior that led to an unpleasant scene. You mentioned a team being involved, but it was only Harley and I who exchanged words, with no one else involved. I acknowledge your apology. Have Harley acknowledge that not all delivery drivers are thieves.
