A great place to learn to fly!
They have quite a few airplanes, and even with that the schedule definitely fills up quickly. You need to plan on scheduling a few weeks ahead of time if you want to be flying regularly. They have a good group of airplanes, including a 150, several older 172s, several newer 172s with G3X cockpits, a 182, and a Beech Baron.
They have a good group of instructors, and I particularly enjoyed flying with Reagan and Brandon. I picked up my commercial rating and my multi engine rating here. Highly recommended if you are wanting to learn to fly.

Aviator air is truly the best flight school in the metroplex. I love being able to schedule everything at the time I want with whatever plane I want. I have some of the best CFI’s helping me get through all of my ratings and while flight school is very expensive I feel like I pay for quality lessons! I truly feel like everyone at this school wants the best for the students and each other. I wouldn’t want to do my flight school journey anywhere but here!

Greatest experience ever. On May 15th. with the help of a very patient and knowledgeable flight instructor Tate Boyd, I had the pleasure to "fly" a plane up and over the Grand Prairie and Ft Worth area. From pre-check to parking the plane again, Tate made sure that this was a wonderful experience. I will definitely do this again. Thank you Tate for making this this adventure such a great experience. Each of the instructors that I have had a chance to fly with is highly qualified, experienced, and passionate about aviation. Also, they all seem genuinely dedicated to ensure students succeed.

Aviator Air also maintains a fleet of well-maintained aircraft, and regular maintenance checks are conducted to ensure optimal performance.

If I could give Aviator Flight School a higher star rating I would!

Over the last year my son had been learning to fly at a local flying club. When we realized around mid July that he was not going to get his Private Pilots license finished before leaving for OSU in mid Aug., we went down to Aviator and explained our situation, and they jumped into action. Before we new it they had us setup with their Chief Instructor (Joe) a highly qualified, former AA Captain, but now the hard part, finding room on the airplanes schedule. You have to understand this was not easy, their airplanes are scheduled very tightly with other students and they had to work some magic to find us time on the schedule. But Autumn and Brian jumped into action and made it happen. The other problem we were having at the club was finding a DPE (Designated Pilot Examiner) to do the check ride. Many of these guys have other jobs and are sometimes booked over a month in advance. I had been calling around trying to find one since June with little luck, but Brian was able to get one setup within days.

On Aug 1st my son took and passed his Private Pilots Check ride. We couldn't have done it with out the entire team at Aviator!

If you are looking for a flight school, you should check these guys out! Good people and safe, reliable airplanes!
