Great experience with the dealer. No pushy intimidating vibes. Sales guy Will was awesome! And did what he could to help us save and even recommended cheaper models with more features and more discounts. But we went with one that fit our little family of 4 best and ended getting the paradigm 395ds.

Finance experience was okay, just come prepared with our own pre-approved loan to leverage your own bargaining. We still went with the dealer loan to streamline the process but at a lower rate than was offered. Melinda’s was super helpful and made the finance process easy and helped us bargain with the loan company.

Part and service guys are cool. Very helpful and explained everything. There was a scratch on the fridge and they got the replace before the official pick up. What I highly recommend to ppl is make sure to turn on everything and make sure it works. Awning, lights, ac, heaters and toilets! We had to take our RV back in for repairs as or front ac did not work and back toilet did not flush due to wiring issues. Luckily it was covered by warranty. Also the parts lady is wear about share make and model of washer and dryer also very over priced. So we ended up buying through camping world as they were more helpful and cheaper with parts and did installing ourselves.

All in all a great experience. With this dealer, we shopped all around and when to blue compass. Highly recommended 🙂

What can I say about these guys other than they are Great. Oh, they are also friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I had an almost disaster and called them just after working hours, they gathered my info, located the part I needed and when I brought my trailer in the next day they were able to install the new part right away and do a quick safety inspection. They saved my fathers day trip! Everyone including Faye and Maggie were terrific and a special shout out to the guy (dont remember his name) who did the installation.

Their parts department is closed on Sunday. If you need RV parts on a Sunday go to camping world in Rocklin. The parts department at camping world in Sacramento is also closed on Sunday.
