My boys were looking pretty shaggy and were we glad to come to the Boardroom in uptown Dallas. The minute we walked in the door we were warmly welcomed.

Haylee Marie was a miracle worker with my 11 year old son’s cowlick. She took time and did amazing things with scissors I’ve not seen anyone else do. She was patient with John’s tendency to wiggle.

Angelina is not only the salon manager, but also taught Haylee. Angelina impressed me with her vast knowledge of hair trends and her Paul Mitchell training. She is well in the know with combatting problems that arise in men’s grooming. Waxing was nearly painless (when usually I sit on the sidelines to laugh at faces my spouse makes). She gets the science of what she does and is purposeful in her efforts to make her client’s experience the best it can be.

I highly recommend this location for a great vibe and the best haircuts we’ve seen after experiencing 3 different Boardroom locations. We live 4 hours away, but will be back mid December, for sure!

My girlfriend got me a membership for Christmas. Great gift. I’ve historically hated getting haircuts, but I love coming here. Tasha has been shaving my head and trimming my beard for about a month now and she always does a great job. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Boardroom in Uptown for over a year now and Ursula is the best stylist I have ever met! She really pays attention to the details and makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. She really makes you feel like you are getting what you paid for and makes sure she does everything to give you the full experience. I love Ursula and will continue to use her and follow her anywhere!

However, on this trip Ursula was not in due to vacation and I wish I had waited for her to come back. Haylee did my haircut this time and it was a completely different experience. I felt like I was just another cut and almost like I was an inconvenience for her as the whole haircut seemed rushed and like a waste of money. I will never use another stylist except for Ursula and will be making an appointment as soon as she comes back to get a proper cut and wash. But do to Ursula I have to give this place a 5-star even though this trip was NOT a great experience/haircut at all.

My stylist, Lynn, is amazing! When she's not available I make appointments with other stylist... Mar and Phyllis are also amazing!

The front desk associates are always amazing!

The barber Tasha LaShay is incredibly skilled and truly exceptional at what she does. She’s always attentive to every detail, making sure you leave with the perfect cut every time. The customer service goes above and beyond, making you feel like more than just a client. Highly recommended!
