The Drag race pro 4 link 1-5/8 tube rear clip and suspension with the anti roll bar kit and wheel tubs and finally the Avenger 4 link pro x locater, after a few back ordered items we finally had the frame and suspension installed and the final item to install was the Avenger 4 link locater, we could not figure how this item was going to fit and call the sales person and he told us to download the instructions because instructions are online and do not come with the kit. We did download and the Instructions state this will not work with the Pro 4 link…Called back the salesperson and was told to pack the x brace back up and send it back and they will send out the correct wishbone kit.

I had to pay for the wishbone kit and shipping to us and pay to have the x brace returned…here is where I’m really disappointed in the company, I had paid to have the x brace shipped to me and payed to have it returned and again payed to have the wishbone shipped.

Weeks later I finally get a credit for the retuned x brace and a $140.00 restocking fee deducted even though it was their screwup.

I Called the salesperson and complained and was told he would he would investigate, weeks later he said company's decision was final that they were charging a restocking fee regardless who was at fault. I had purchased a Fab 9 rear end and other parts in between the return and have spent over $7,000.00 with them….so I guess it doesn’t matter… I’m pissed off to say the least.

Good product but if their sales people make a mistake you are going to be the one that pays. Ordered a wilwood brake kit from Carl Robinson, he admitted that he made a mistake but the only way to solve the problem was for me to spend over $2000.00 to buy another one and they would not take the wrong kit back, everything was still in the box . He told me that it was against the rules

I was extremely excited to order from this company after seeing them on several television shows. After several months waiting for a back ordered part I was never informed was backordered I would not do business with these guys again. Not only did I have to wait several months for a part that was never listed as back ordered when purchased, I was also never contacted before they tried to initiate a freight shipment and charge my card a second time. Then after getting that set up there was no communication on a tracking number or if the shipment ever left the facility I expected a lot more professional path with this company. Yes I knew there would be a second charge for the freight but other companies I have used always calls when the shipment is ready and confirms a second charge and gives the details. Not just willy nilly. Do better!

These guys are PIRATES!!! I ordered the billet vent kit and they sell everything separately so that you end up spending a ton of money. The parts you need they sell in a separate kit at a outrageous price!!
Carl that works there is HORRIBLE!!!!! By far the WORST customer service!!!! You spend over $300 dollars and he acts like he is doing me a favor!!! I will NEVER spend ...... money again with this company!!!

I ordered a complete welded front 2/3 clip for my 1976 Chevy Luv Drag Truck. So far so good! I have been speaking to Mr C-Ray the entire time during this purchase and he has been awesome. Returned every call he missed from me as well as sending email as needed. My experience has been great with them and I will definitely buy from them again. Cant wait to get this thing back on the track with the weight loss!!
