I love the new menu! And as always the complimentary chips and salsa are the best! I love that they are served right as you sit down. Our favorite menu items are the Enchiladas Verdes, street tacos, and El Dorado Burrito. Great food, and beautiful restaurant! My husband and I are looking forward to trying the brunch menu.

Nice fancy setting… but, grocery store chips and salsa! Not authentic! Tacos need two corn tortillas, they fell apart while eating. Small portion of rice and beans served on a large cold plate. Mexican food should always be served on hot plates! I ordered lemonade and it was not real, it was powdered mix from the grocery store! Why have a fancy setting and cheap food! Also, get some REAL forks, the fork handles were skinnier than a pencil and very hard to use! Come on, you can do much better!!

Under new ownership. Food is expensive and not very good. Should have suspected since it was empty at 6pm on a Friday night. Servers don’t know what is in the entrees but they are friendly. Watermelon margaritas are the only thing worth going for.

As a 15 year business owner in Town Center I eat at all the restaurants on a daily basis. Encanto has had a rough start but they have really dialed things in as of late. The atmosphere is really nice and The new menu is great!!! the chips and salsa have to be on point at a Mexican restaurant and they did not disappoint. The rib eye tacos and albondigas soup were very good. I’ll be coming here more often. Thank highly recommend.

We enjoyed dinner after a movie. This was during the “soft opening” as they worked to get the kinks out of their systems.
At the door, we were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess.
The ambience was upbeat and inviting with a great decor.
Our server was friendly and helpful, recommending several different dishes.
Once the food arrived, I dug right in, before I remembered to take pictures.
Fresh, hot tortilla chips and a spicy homemade salsa helped make it easier to wait for the entree.
The chicken tortilla soup was delicious, deep flavor and just the right amount of heat.
The fish tacos were also delicious.
Plate presentation was appealing and the price was reasonable for the area.

As a supporter of local businesses/Mexican food lover and an amateur mixologist, I was eager to try out and promote this new tequila bar and had high hopes for their margaritas and possibly tequila tasting for our rare date night. However, I was disappointed to find that even their classic margaritas were diluted and lacked balance. I also ordered a $14 basil and watermelon margarita that arrived without a garnish or a clean chili salt rim, now c’mon, and it too lacked the promised flavors so had to return. Furthermore, the food was subpar, with oily and soggy calamari, bland guacamole, and salsa. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and had to leave before ordering main dishes. I felt awful to be this guy especially to a waiter who was nice and accommodating.

To the business owner, I want to emphasize that your location and interior design are fantastic in all of EDH town center, but I would strongly suggest improving the quality of the food and drinks. This is imperative to the success of a restaurant, and enhance the customer experience. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to give your restaurant another chance in the future.

Dad waxed poetic about the shrimp-bacon tacos, and he’s not big on talking food. My chile verde burrito had really excellent meat and was generally pleasant. It’s a stylish restaurant with careful service. Very pricey, so if I did it again, I’d go for something with a more unusual flavor profile.
