Horrible repairs and service. Do not take an expensive auto here unless it's just an oil change. Ruined my Infinite EX35 after it overheated. Told me I needed a coolant flush which I ket them do. Then a few months later it had steam coming out as I drove it. Had it towed there to see why. Told me they found a crack in the radiator now. I had no choice but to let them replace the radiator. Kept my car for three days with excuses that mechanics had quit & another called in sick. Then it wasn't bled out properly and i was told they would not be responsible if I drove it back to be bled out and had engine damage. Towed it back, then the manager Rich said he drove my car an hour and it was perfectly fine. Drove it home and maintenance other light comes on and he also filled my window washer with fluid knowing it needed a new resovoir which I asked them to fix the second time i took it back in. Both Rich and Nate swore they were going to take care of me. Didn't do anything but take my money. No scope, no scan or anything to address the fact that I asked them to Fix my car up completely. I realized I should have never let them touch my car. A day later my check engine light came on. I called and spoke with Nate the service repairman and he had the nerve to have an attitude and told me I had to pay $117 to scan my car if it wasn't their fault. Mind you, before the check engine light came on and I had sent an email to the District Manager Patrick after calling Firestone Corporate for help after the issue with my radiator not being bled out properly and Rich telling me not to drive it & tow it back. Needless to say, he emailed me and told me to contact him. I sent two emails and never heard back from the District Manager Patrick. These clowns scammed me out of thousands of dollars. Had to take my car to a real mechanic who scanned my car for free. Seems my hoses aren't clamped down properly and it is affecting my emissions now due to s poorly installed radiator and coolant flush debris.These clowns robbed me and the company Firestone/Bridgestone could care less. I filed a report with BAR to let them know how awful they are at repairs and service. All I asked them to do was fix everything wrong with my car. Asked Nate didn't ypu do scope, visual inspection and any other tests before giving my car back after putting in the radiators like I asked. Told me no, bit wanted $117.00 to scan why the check engine light came on after two days. Unbelievable.

Rich provided excellent service! He quickly identified a slow valve leak in our tire, fixed it efficiently, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We highly recommend him and the team at Firestone!

Rich and his team are incredible! I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and not long after it started having issues with the water pump. Turns out the dealer rigged it to sell it. Rich immediately squeezed me in and his team took it as a challenge to find a solution for me and they were able to fix it. They were very passionate about the fix and even on a subsequent visit they wanted to check on it for me. It's been a couple months and the Jeep is running great! I won't take my two cars anywhere else.

I had a screw in one of the tire of my Tesla Y. As it did not lose pressure I could still drive the car so I dropped it off at Firestone without appointment. Even with only two technicians on site It was repaired the same morning! Firestone was also aware of using lift pads to lift the car without damaging the battery. Everything went smoothly, thanks!
