A great experience, thank you guys so much! Have been there a few times and look forward to going back. Claudiu is a top notch instructor, very patient, super nice. Have flown on their advanced simulator and have done a couple of their demo flights. Highly recommend for aspiring pilots of all ages.

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about FSX Chicago. I knew this place every since 2015 when I was interested in starting a pilot career. They really explained everything thoroughly without sugarcoating anything. That ultimately let me decide if I still wanted to pursue this career or get my license for recreational use. They have excellent instructors that are very knowledgeable and passionate about aviation. So if you are looking for a flight school with experienced instructors and your money worth and I would 100% recommend this place without a doubt.

Great place to learn how to fly! The ambience is unique, the owner is a fantastic person, very helpful, always available. As you enter the school you feel the right atmosphere, full of aviation enthusiasts and professionals. For the newbies, they have the introductory flight, it's a great opportunity to get into general aviation by flying the plane with your own hands (obviously under the control of the flight instructor).

I scheduled an appointment for an introductory visit to this flight school. I showed up at the appointed time and the office was locked and dark. I reached out to the scheduling person - she apologized and we attempted to confirm for the next weekend. Radio silence.

If this is how they treat potential students, I wonder how they treat you after they have your money . . .

I won't be finding out.

In response to the reply from FSX, I was not looking to dump my frustrations, I was looking to provide a warning to other consumers of the failure in service I received so that they don't waste their time like I did - that is the purpose of a review.

The issue wasn't the inability to find a mutually convenient time. We did find a mutually convenient time - twice. The first time, we had a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I showed up, they didn't. The second time we tentatively scheduled a make up time. I thought they would be more accommodating on the second appointment given their no-show on the first appointment. They only told me 3 days after that tentatively scheduled appointment that they weren't available for the appointment.

I can understand and appreciate busy schedules. What I can't understand is a failure to honor appointments and a failure to communicate.

Look at who's throwing the temper tantrum.

FSX Chicago guided me through my PPL and subsequent training. The instructors are great and easy to work with, and have always been available for questions. There are multiple simulators at the school, covering multiple uses. I look forward to continuing my training there!

I called to get information about the school for my brother who is looking to put his son in flight school. I was told by the person answering the phone that they were a big school and he did not have time to hold my hand. If they talk like this to people on the phone I would suggest you taking your business elsewhere.

In response to FSX : PROFESSIONAL... and your response shows the unprofessional attitude that you have. You may certainly be certified and qualified as pilots, but you fail as people. May life treat you as unprofessionally as your response.

Professional group of instructors. The instructors are airline pilots. They provide training to prepare you for recreational or professional flying. They are very friendly and will accommodate to ayones training or time. I recommend this school to anyone!
