Jeff (the owner) is a great guy. May take him a while to get to your vehicle because he's so busy, but he always does quality work. Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics, I would never take my vehicles anywhere else

These guys are absolutely great. I needed to get the fuel pump and filter replaced on my Saturn, and they did it quickly and fairly. I had originally taken my car to a different location in Folsom, but after an astronomical quote and on a recommendation from a friend, had my car towed to Paramount. They were so courteous, honest and just overall wonderful to work with. I commented on how quick the turn around was, and Jeff said he wasn't sure if I had other transportation options, so didn't want to leave me stranded. I thoroughly appreciated the thought and courtesy! I would recommend Jeff and Paramount to anyone and everyone.

I have been using Jeff for about 6 years. I have had him take care of simple matters such as brakes or tires too items more significantly more extensive. He has done great work with Toyota’s, Fords, Mazda’s, Hyundai’s, and my Infiniti.

His pricing has always been fair and unlike past experiences I have had with other Shops if he mentions something to me that needs to be repaired beyond what I brought it in for I don’t feel like it’s bogus.

I have made sure to recommend Paramount to anyone who needs a trustworthy shop and excellent repair service.

I started coming to Paramount after I bought a car that had major AC problems. I consider myself to be quite handy when it comes to turning a wrench, but I was out of my league when it came to the AC problems I was experiencing. I did some research into local shops, and decided to check out Paramount. As soon as I walked inside I had a feeling this was going to be the right place. I was met with an extremely clean and inviting waiting room, which speaks so clearly to the kind of business owner you are dealing with. After meeting the owner Jeff and explaining my issues, he had some ideas as to what the problem might be. I found him to always be completely honest, never tried to make me do anything I didn't want, and was always able to clearly explain his findings. I believe that when it comes to mechanics, trust is extremely important, and Jeff is someone you can definitely trust. The OWNLY problem I had was that the guy is busy! So instead of being able to drop off the same day I call, I had to wait maybe a day or two. I think that's normal though, so really, to be expected. But, he ALWAYS fixed my car for a great price, and I would trust him with any car issues I have in the future.

I took my car there because the A/C wasn't working. The owner diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was able to get my car fixed within 3 days. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly during the whole experience. He even had my car washed, detailed, including the engine and added window washing fluid. He went way beyond my expectations and I recommend him to anyone with a vehicle problem.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. This was the first time I've taken a vehicle to them and Jeff went above and beyond. I had the ball joints replaced on my truck as well as all the fluids and a few other things. They are very professional, courteous and communicate well on what work needs to be done, pricing, time line, etc. I will be taking all my vehicles back to them and I'd recommend Paramount Motorworks to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired or serviced.

If given a choice, I would never take my car anywhere else. For the past ten years, Jeff from Paramount Motorworks has kept mine and my family's vehicles in safe and working order. Had to replace exhaust manifolds and fix an oil pan leak. Jeff was responsive, reasonable, and ultimately repaired my vehicle per his commitment. He even worked on the weekend to get me the car on time.
