It was a wonderful experience. I had what I thought was a big problem (I thought that I had to replace the fuel pump), and Scotty's explained that it was really a little problem (the only thing that I had to replace was the ignition key; I happened to have an extra ignition key on hand). So it turns out that I didn't need the big expensive work that I thought that I needed. Would I recommend Scotty's? Absolutely!

Took a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica to Scotty's to be diagnosed for a check engine Misfire #5 cylinder.
The same vehicle had a check engine light for misfire cylinder #3 when purchased from CarMax. CarMax 30 day warranty repaired it with plug, coil, injector. 48K miles.
All they did was put a band aid on a larger problem that I believe CarMax was aware of because I have learned this vehicle engine is known for an underlying problem. Hundreds of reviews are on line.
Scotty's diagnosed the issue as blown head gaskets.
Fortunately I had purchased the MaxCare Warranty.
Scotty's works with MaxCare Warranties. They are not an "authorized" repair shop which means you pay an additional $50.00 deductible but I preferred this shop due to convenience and reputation.
The price quoted was similar to reputable repair shop prices mentioned in Chrysler Pacifica forums.
The head gaskets were backordered 3 weeks. (So many defective).
Although the MaxCare Warranty would not cover, plugs, thermostat, and water pump, I opted for those additions at Scotty's recommendation as additional safety measures.
Scotty's kept in touch and always had answers during this 4 week repair process.
Only time/mileage will tell if the repair was successful long term but as far as the price and service, they are very reliable.
Will use them again if the situation arises.
