My Fiancé took me to the Dallas show on 12/7/24. It was a complete surprise and definitely my favorite thing we have done this year. My Fiancé and I are avid escape room junkies and this was no exception. I ended up winning the evening by getting everything correct! We had an amazing time, and the actors were amazing and very entertaining. I was worried it would be only script acting but I was pleasantly surprised when they were interacting with the guests including myself. The food was not bad, I had the chicken dish and it was amazing, my only note is if you have a huge appetite keep in mind it’s about the serving size at a fancy restaurant. The dessert wasn’t my thing but that’s perfectly okay it didn’t mess up the evening one bit. If you are on the fence about doing this experience I highly recommend it, you will have so much fun! I can’t wait to attend another one of their dinners with a different show!

A party of eleven Celebrated a January birthday at Dinner Detective Event. Unanimous agreement it was the most fun, hilarious, engaging time we all had in past year. Lead Actors were great, well organized. They made a point to include everyone at my table in the story line. Lots of laughs. Please consider adding bread basket OR a Dinner roll with real butter to the menu. Advertisements for event were accurate. Value for cost good.

The show was amazing! The host and actors did a phenomenal job. We had a wonderful experience for our first time at a murder mystery show and will definitely seek opportunities to do it again.

The food was the only blemish of the night. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t good. The meal left us wishing for better quality and more.

Come for the show, not the food.

Super fun and interactive. The evening flew by as the whole team kept everyone smiling and laughing. Food was average, but the laughs made up for it. Definitely would recommend for a special celebration or just to jazz things up. Thanks agaim Detectives Well and N. Dowd.

Fun girls night! We wanted to do something different this year for girls night out so I searched and found this murder mystery dinner . We had so much fun . My friend got picked out of the crowd to reenact the murder scene it was so funny. Definitely more amusing when you are willing to participate. Really enjoyed the night . The detective in the yellow shirt (forgot her name) was so funny !! Kept us rolling the whole night . Wouldn’t mind going out for some drinks with her lol she definitely the life of the party

The show is great, all the actors were fantastic and did a great job interacting and getting people involved in the show. If it wasn’t for the food and the service to get food it would be 5 stars all around. I ordered the fish, server came to everyone at the table and delivered chicken, which my wife’s was pinkish in the middle and dry. The server came around 5 times and asked me 3 times what I ordered and would bring it. Still did not get it and the main actor had to ask what I ordered and went to the server and asked them to bring my food. Everyone at my table was already done eating, it became a joke and they thought maybe I was part of the act. The serve comes back and says let me see if we have any left (6th time). Waited again another 5 minutes and he brought me a salmon plate which the salmon was cold, and had the fishiest taste I’ve ever had in a salmon. Couldn’t eat it, server came back and said I guess you’re done with that. Did not offer anything else knowing obviously it was bad. Expect to leave the show hungry, the expensive fee is for the great actors not the food! I still left a decent tip but from this experience doubt I’ll be back.

I thought the venue and event staff did a great job. The event and wait Staff was very engaging and made for a very fun, (and funny) event.
AJ, our host has a great personality, and was very well suited for his role!
A lot of fun and would definitely do it again!!
