Okay I saw this place online when my gigantic mobile desktop was on its way out the door! These guys have five stars and reviews with almost 300 reviews! It pretty much speaks for itself!

When I took my laptop to get looked at, they told me that it was about time to retire the computer. I asked them if they would build me a computer and right away they gave me a list of parts within 24 hours, I went and picked up the parts and then they built the computer within 3 days! Actually let me correct that, it was 1 day because I'm not counting the hours they were closed for Christmas holidays!

I will be starting a relationship with these people with my technology! I won't be going anywhere else unless this place goes belly up! With how well they do with their business and how informed and educated they are with their craft, I would be very surprised if anything happened to them!

I brought my gaming PC to The Tech Guys after my apartment lost power and bricked my system. The Tech Guys were able to pinpoint the issue and recommend what hardware needed replaced. They referred me to Micro Center where I got a great bundle deal. The guys then help me rebuild my system.

If you're looking for a place to get your PC, laptop or console fixed LOOK NO FURTHER!! Had an amazing experience with over here at the Tech Guys. I brought in my PC 2 weeks ago for a motherboard issue. AJ and Seth were able to diagnose, explain and walk me through the entire process of fixing my pc issues. My PC is running smooth now after all the necessary replacements!

Outstanding. GO HERE FIRST!! So glad I found The Tech Guys. Computer had a virus or malware or both. Something I was able to take care of myself once in the past. Usually my virus protection has worked very well. One shop had failed to fix the problem. Tech Guys were able to take care of the problem and they installed more malware protection. All at a great price. Much less than the shop who said they'd taken care of the problem but had not. In the past I'd had a tech guy that came to my house and cost the earth. Did an okay job but not great. Over the zillion years I've had a home computer and been online (I'm old enough to remember even no computers of any kind at work.) I have rarely needed tech support. But when it is needed it is really, really needed. I have also been to two other tech repair places in Richardson that did a very good job but took forever. Tech Guys were not a long wait at all. Big plus is they are so very pleasant to deal with and explain everything so well.

Back in July the Tech Guys helped build my new gaming PC! Originally I came in to get my laptop fixed but the motherboard was fried where at that point it was just more worth it to instead replace it with a new computer. Shout-out to the team and special shout-out to Seth for his awesome customer service and deep knowledge of building PCs and repairing computer hardware! If you're looking to build a PC or need help with troubleshooting your computer and want professional help in the north Dallas area, I highly recommend the Tech Guys!
