Lauren is the kindest and most caring person you will ever meet. She’ll make you feel like you’ve been friends forever even if you just met her. TL;DR: Lauren (The Tie Dyed Doula) helped me have the most amazing, supportive and empowering labor and delivery, even as a very high risk pregnancy. I highly recommend her and her services. I would not have been able to do this without her.

She did private childcare classes with me and my husband. She texted me to check in on me regularly, and always responded quickly when I reached out to her with questions. I'm a first time mom and I had A LOT of questions. 😅

She never made me feel like a burden or like I was bothering her. When induction day came, she stayed up all night with me, texting every hour to see how it was going and when I wanted her to come. When I said the word, she drove straight over, with clear liquids like bone broth to help me keep up my energy, and helped me for the rest of the day of my labor and delivery.

When really active labor started, she did counter pressure, put on a nice galaxy light projection, helped me find calming music, handed me a birthing comb, and spent hours helping me switch positions with the peanut ball.

All the nurses and staff at the hospital said she was the best doula they'd ever seen and worked with. I was a very high risk pregnancy and had never wanted a hospital birth, but Lauren made my hospital room and my whole experience absolutely lovely.

My baby girl is on day six in the NICU and she's doing amazing. I cannot be more grateful for my doula.
